French designer Jean-Marie Massaud has created "Green Islands" within the office. He is looking to create the environmental atmosphere of being outdoors, including the calming and stress relieving effects while still occupying indoor space.
He states "Green Islands can be described as an island -- or a kind of a refuge -- that when placed in a public interior invite you to a moment of contemplation or a quiet conversation."
