Manufactured in South Bronx, these furniture piece material sources from Manhattan. Meant to capture the beauty of the worn and historical material sources, the pieces are seldom finished and when stained, only water based stains and sealants are used. Whenever possible wooden pegs are employed in order to reduce the amount of machinery work necessary in order to fabricate the furniture.
The line is designed by John-Michael Ekeblad of daytime.NYC (and the former Creative Director of IKEA SWEEDEN), Jonathan Locke of Timehri Studios, and Brian Kane of Gotham Forest Products.
